We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order is on the move, you’ll get a tracking link sent to your email. Delivery times depend on your location, but most packages arrive within 3–7 business days.

Turn it inside out, machine wash on cold, and hang to dry for best results!

We do not accept returns on any of our items unless there’s an error on our part. Due to the nature of products like socks and hair accessories, returns are not accepted for hygiene and sanitation reasons. Thanks for understanding!

Once your order is passed along to USPS for delivery, we no longer have control over how it's handled. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting USPS directly to file a claim or get more information.
